Christmas preparations

This year Ronja really enjoyed the weeks ahead of christmas - including visits to the christmas markets with her Oma, cutting and decorating the tree, baking cookies, learning and singing all the songs (her jingle bells version has an orange sleigh btw - we cannot convince her about the one-horse-open sleigh version ;-) )

Nikolaus, Nikolaus huckepack

as every year in Germany there comes the man with the white beard to check if you have been nice or naughty, shouts a little bit with you and brings you in the end a small gift with some chocolate, nuts and oranges. This time Emma and Ronja where really impressed. Emma gave all her pacifiers to him - and the Ronja's poem was presented perfectly (Nikolaus, Nikolaus huckepack - komm herein mit deinem Sack - schuette deine Sachen aus, gute Kinder sind im Haus!)
