One more time - because it is a kid friendly, easy to travel country - Thailand!
This time we flew from Frankfort to Bangkok and connected to Chiang Mai in the north - to see some temples and the country live
A bit touristy but a children must: elefant riding!
Hiking along the rice fields to a waterfall - including a refreshing swim and a stop at the local village...
A snapshot for our Tuk-Tuk fan and some real authentic food...
hoping on the night train to Bangkok...
to visit the Kings Palace - it's really golden...
And continuing our travels to the south - with train, plan, bus, boat to get to Ko Phangan
to enjoy the same place like last year - Salad Beach - just a beautiful pirate bay
after meeting new friends from the tattoo studio she shocked her parents...
and enjoyed to meet an old friend - "A" or the fast man as Ronja calls him - for lots of yummy sushi and sashimi...
exploring Angthong National Park - first time kayaking...
and our bungalow life around the pool - swimming and jumping all over...
New island - more water - Ko Tao. We discovered it with the scooter, Ronja perfected her snorkeling skills....
the Banana Rock Bar - one of the best spots to see colorful fish - Ronja spotted even a barracuda with her dad - which was a bit scary...
Mailing to the grandparents at home...and time to leave the islands and back north to Bangkok with boat and night train...
Sightseeing in Bangkok in the end...on top of Bayoke Tower II
and seeing the big Buddha in Wat Po was on Ronja's wish list - this time she was as tall as some of the statues in the temple area...
one final Sushi meal...for our fish lover...
And just an 11h flight over night later we had this: Snow in Stuttgart - very unusual for end of October - but Ronja had a blast! Welcome winter!
