Thailand and Cambodia Vacation 2014

Ronja had a again a good time in Thailand with fun on the beach, massages, driving around with the scooter, sleeping in the night train and good food - on top a 3-day-trip to the tempels of Angkor. She was indeed fascinated of the ruins (despite the heat - 38 degrees Celsius) and jumped a bit around like Lara Croft!

Knights, Cowboys, Farmers, Dino-Explorers, Pirates - Ronja and Anton had an exciting day together - non stop playing and running all over the place. It was great to see you again!

Karneval 2014

Christmas break in the mountains

Two perfect weeks in the mountains for Ronja - with her local friend Kathi, they did not only ski together, but also decorate our christmas tree, watch New Years Eve fireworks (holding her ears closed) and cheered each other on at some ski races.

 After the first 5 days in ski school Ronja finished 2nd in her group

 in between we changed the skis with a sled and had a lot of fun on the slope...

 In the second week with her instructor David she got into the fastest group and ended again as 2nd in the little race - this time beaten by a 13 year old - which is really ok :-)

 ...in the meanwhile she really improved her skiing and is a keen jumper already :-)

 ...at the last day we cheered for Kathi who had a local ski race (already with a race suit) and spent a wonderful last day on skis together afterwards - thank you and see you soon!

Holiday Season Fun

The holiday season is full with fun activities - like making our own gingerbread house with Martina or trips to the Christmas Market with Susi to meet a not so real Santa :-)
