Guest from the Swabian Alb

It has been half a year - after the winter fun - that we finally met again. Our visitors from the Swabian Alb brought some boy power into Ronja's life and the overnight stay was great. Thanks for visiting us!

Bike trip to the TV tower

Ronja can see the TV tower every night (and calls it light house) before going to bed from her window - and she wanted to get on top of it. So we biked down our hill across the valley and all the way up to it. When we finally reached the top, a big thunderstorm chased us down again....but it was a beautiful view and we could even spot our house - though we got a bit wet...

Convertible and Castle afternoon

Finally we got some sunshine so we could get the convertible out of the garage - and enjoy a ride to the nearby mountain range including some ruins of a real castle - perfect summer afternoon!

Camping week south of Berlin

Ronja enjoyed it this year again to be outdoors at grandma's campground, hanging out with her uncle Kay and cousin Kevin - while the weather was not perfect (her parents even wore their wetsuits for swimming - how unfair...) she loved the nieghbors guinea pig, collecting mushrooms and that giant chess game....the hot shower and serious cleaning by the end of the trip was really disgusting :-)

Mountainbiking!

She can barely reach the pedals...so we fixed them in a horizontal position and then we took off - Mountainbiking is Ronja's new love! ...and her daddy has the nice job of pulling her ;-)

First we thought about a little trip to the playground - but with several stops we spent a whole afternoon with the new bike - and even checked out a few trails! Daddy and daughter are more then happy.

My first ponyride

Another first time - in our neighborhood is a little farm where you can go for a pony ride over the fields - Ronja loved it - though the pony called Chad was a bit slow ;-) - she asked already if she could go on a bigger horse and get a real lesson...
